Please note: Pricing below is our the long term pricing for Donor Impact. Beta users who begin using it before it’s official use will only be charged half of the amounts listed below and that price will be grandfathered for as long as they use the software.

Do I need Volunteer Impact to use Donor Impact
No. Although Donor Impact is fully integrated with Volunteer Impact one is not required to use the other.
What payment methods do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or purchase order.
Is my organisation billed monthly or annually?
Your organisation will be billed once each year to renew your software subscription.
Can administrators be configured to have access to volunteers and/or clients and/or members and/or donors?
Yes. Administrators can be given access to volunteers only, clients only, members only, donors only or any combination of the four. (A subscription to relevant modules required.)
Standard vs. Enterprise
The Standard Edition is recommended for most organisations that have just one location and where administrators with access to donor profiles should be able to see all donor profiles.
The Enterprise Edition is for organisations that want some separation between groups of donors such as at different locations or branches.
